Kick-off meeting In GRAZ, AUSTRIA
On March 5th 2024, in Graz, Austria, the TREASURE Kick-off meeting unfolded at Hotel Weitzer, partners from various European countries gathered for a three-day meeting. Led by the project coordinator, Wim Van Helden, the meeting held promise for collaborative breakthroughs and strategic planning. The day began with a warm welcome extended to attendees, whether physically present or joining virtually, setting the tone for the discussions. With an introduction to the planned schedule and agenda, participants embarked on a journey of exploration and innovation.
The presentations continued into the second day, where discussions deepened on demos and work plans, with partners outlining milestones and strategies across various project aspects, from development to monitoring. The final day, March 7th, focused on pivotal project components like dissemination, communication, clustering, and training.
A closing discussion paved the way for future meetings and organizational strategies, concluding with a lunch where partners bid farewell, energized in their commitment to the TREASURE project's success.
The morning session was dedicated to the introduction of the consortium, as the partners introduced their companies and teams dedicated to the TREASURE project. Remotely, Juan De Las Cuevas, the Project Officer from the European Commission, provided valuable insights into the crucial steps ahead, emphasizing the project's alignment with European goals and initiatives. As the day progressed, the focus shifted towards presentations on demonstrators and planned work, emphasizing the critical role of effective project management and innovation. Evening found the partners bonding over dinner at a local restaurant.
