M18 General Assembly Meeting
The TREASURE project marked an important milestone with its M18 Consortium Meeting, held from June 30 to July 2, 2025, in the picturesque town of Lidzbark Warmiński, Poland. Hosted by project partner Euros Energy, the meeting served as a critical midpoint check-in to reflect on achievements, align strategic objectives, and prepare for the next project phase.
A central highlight of the meeting was the visit to the demo site, guided by Kamil Kwiatkowski and Jakub Garbacik. The PTES in Lidzbark Warmiński has been designed by Euros Energy and demonstrates innovative solutions in thermal energy storage and low-carbon district heating systems - technologies central to TREASURE’s mission of decarbonising thermal energy networks across Europe.
Discussions during the meeting covered the release of three scientific publications, the development of teaching materials for the next academic semester, and the strategic planning of autumn events and dissemination activities. Special attention was also given to reporting obligations for the first project period, as the consortium reaches the halfway mark.
Looking ahead, the consortium is excited to announce the launch of a series of short videos introducing TREASURE’s demo sites, with the first video currently in production by communication partner FENIX TNT.
